A lovely Food & Craft Festival set in Pentre Mawr Park in the historic town of Abergele, North Wales brought to you by the community and Beeutiful Day Events.
The event officially opens at 11am with mini dog show to start at 12pm.
A stones throw from the sea, in a beautiful local park with active pondlife, we have the setting for an exciting event!
Over 150 stalls from Wales and into the English border, showing everything we have to offer in the area.
There is also a Dog Show and a Children's area full of activies, so there is something for ALL the family. We have Manorafon Park coming with their petting animals, North Wales Parrot Rescue with birds, Bulldog Bouncy Castle with inflatable fun and so much more!

A local Food & Craft Festival set in the in lovely surroudings of Pentre Mawr Park in Abergele.
We are proud to be supporting many organisations on this day.
Raffle Tickets will be on sale and ALL proceeds go to Harrison16Fund. This local charity has been set up by an Abergele family who's son was diagnosed with Bone Cancer. Although he sadly lost his leg, he has had the all clear and is cancer free. The family have set up this charity in Harri's name to raise money to send other children who have cancer away for the weekend, to have a break with their loved ones.
We are also proud to be making this event Dementia Friendly alongside Dementia Friendly Abergele. There will be allocated "Quiet Areas" available for people to take advantage of.
We are working closely with North Wales Police to ensure everyone's safe on the day as well as license officers and local Air Cadets helping with traffic control.

This is an outdoor event on grass so a full set up is needed. If you do not have a gazebo, contact the organiser as they may be able to help.
- 3m x 3m Gazebo is £10
- Stalls over 3m are £30
Deposit of 50% is needed to secure your pitch.
There is no electric to the event as in a large field, so generators with all the paperwork are acceptable. Your stall will be placed with the generator backing onto the trees for safety and less noise pollution.
- How much is it to enter?
The event is free for members of the public. There are charges for going on rides etc but we have worked hard to keep prices as low as possible, as we know having a family can be costly!!!
- Where can we park?
Blue Badge holders ONLY will be shown through barriers and allowed to park in the car park adjacent to the Rugby Club. We ask for donations to park, which will be handed to the Rugby Club.
There is plenty of street parking in the area around the park but we ask you to be considerate of the people who live there.
Pay & Display Car Park on Pensarn Beach, in Water Street and on Market Street behind the library.
Emrys ap Iwan are opening the school grounds for parking also. There is a 15 minute walk from Emrys ap Iwan to the Park. (see map above)
- Is the event wheelchair friendly?
The whole event is on the flat, however it is in a field. There will be no pathways laid out, so please be aware of this. There will be disabed porta-loos supplied.
- How is this event Dementia Friendly?
We have teamed together with Dementia Friendly Abergele to allow people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities to attend. There will be allocated "Quiet Areas" These areas will be highlighted by maps and also on the day via yellow arrows. Although set for people suffering with Dementia, these areas are open to anyone who needs a time out area from crowds or noise.
- How much is the Dog Show?
The dog show is £1 per dog, per entry and there are 6 categories (Please see Whats on page to see categories) It is a fun dog show, and the judge is Jacki Tinning from Denbighshire Puppy School.
PLEASE KEEP DOGS ON LEADS AT ALL TIMES
- Can we bring our own picnic?
It is a public park, and you're free to bring your own food, however why would you want to with all the different cuisines on offer. NO ALCOHOL can be consumed in the park not bought at the event from a stallholder or from the allocated bar. This is due to the license.
- Any other info
There are two large ponds in Pentre Mawr park, and although they will be marked off, we ask that all parents keep an eye on their children & dogs for safety reasons.
There are also pondlife in the area, and at times young Swans. Again, we ask you not to approach the animals as they can cause significant damage.
Although we have security and North Wales Police at the event, we ask you to please keep your belongings with you. It will be busy so watch your pockets. The organisers are not to be blamed for any thefts during the event.
Please report ANY suspisious packages to the Organiers, anyone in a High-Vis Jacket or to North Wales Police direct.
